Our client leading in Oil & Gas Industries currently need Proposal Manager/Senior Engineer for their expanding project in Abu Dhabi. Candidates with minimum 10 years of experience in GCC countries in similar role, familiar with the requirements and expectations of local Oil & Gas market, have relevant degree and good spoken and written in English, should holding UAE driving license. Candidates will be responsible to prepare of multi discipline Engineering proposal/man hour estimation for FEED, detail design EPC, project resource allocation and recruitment to maximize efficiency and profit.
