Contracts Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi Minimum Requirements: Candidates of age 30-45 years having a Bachelors in Mech/ Electrical/ civil/ Chemical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in contracts related to operation, maintenance of producing facilities such as but not limited to marine vessel charters. Experience in Drilling and Facility Integrity contracts is required. Additional skills like MS applications, Maximo, SAP, Quantity surveying, CIPS, MBA, contracts law are desirable. Tendering & contracting, contracts law, FIDIC courses are preferred. Role: To ensure that the contract process complies with the companys code of conduct, delegation of authorities & all applicable laws, feedback on non-compliances to direct supervisor. Technical clarifications/ commercial deviation clarification & special conditions. To coach and manage subordinates, setting objectives & targets, assess performance & facilitate their development options in order to secure a motivated and competent workforce.
