Description: Education: Graduate Telecom Engineer- BE ,B Tech,

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs, on O & M of GSM Network, BTS and Transmission equipments. Out of which at 
least 1 year should be on Nokia network equipments, and should be recently working on NSN equipments

Skill Set Required : Should have hands on experience on following
Operation & Maintenance of Nokia Ultra and Flexi (ID&OD) BTS sites,
Operation & Maintenance of Nokia Transmission equipments E1/T1 card, FIU19E, and other Siemens,
Familiar with O & M and related processes Preventive , Corrective and Schedule maintenance
sector expansion as per requirement of operator.
Expansion of BTS from 2, 2, 2 to 3, 3, 3 and 4, 4, 4 configurations.
Configuring the Cross-connections.
Rectification of internal and external alarms of Nokia Ultra, Flexi sites and MW link alarms.
24 Hours be in touch with NOC to take information of down site.
Routine health check-up and remedial actions if any fault occurs on allotted cell sites.
SDH and PDH MW equipment
Commissioning, operation & Maintenance and integration of SDH equipments installed on BTS sites.
VSWR measurement, Power measurement, Frequency setting using site master, power meter, frequency 
counter at BTS site

Tools and Applications: Hands on experience on following
NOKIA applications - BTS Manager, SITE WIZARD , and other applications may other than
NSN
Tools - Site Master, BER Meter, Megger, Frequency Counter

Project Management Skills would be an added advantage need not be a certified professional
