Credentials
Academic qualifications in Demography and Statistical Analysis, Social Planning or Town Planning preferably at the Post-Graduate Degree Level.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience as Demographer with reputable organization.
In-depth knowledge of facilities management systems including the application of Total Asset Management Systems.
Excellent report writing, negotiation and oral presentation skills. Ability to undertake demographic research independently and to be able to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders in the public and private sectors.
Description
Provide demographic analysis, research and planning advice on school educational facilities.
Undertake special demographic research and methodology development applicable for the Emirate.
Write reports and prepare briefings on property asset planning including assistance with the development of appropriate schools, students and asset management databases.
Prepare precise demographic analysis of education facility demand, develop and apply Demographic planning modeling tools.
Develop demographic data base systems.
