COMPANY PSYCHOLOGIST
The selected candidate will have to provide psychological support and counselling to all QR staff, assessing and evaluating individuals' problems through the use of case history, interview, and observation and provide individual counselling to enable the employees to overcome difficulties, making decisions and promoting development.
Candidates should be University graduates specialization in psychology and certified as a counsellor.
Candidates must have a minimum 5 years experience in a large multicultural organisation / hospital. Should have the ability to work under pressure in emergencies as part of a team and unsupervised, be pleasant and presentable, capable of establishing good rapport with QRMC staff and other departments and ability to perform different basic psychological testing is an added advantage. Applicants should have excellent written and spoken English.
The selected candidate would need to obtain State of Qatar NHA license to practice.
