Job Description:
Our client is a leading Industry and is a global leader in the field of polyolefins, chemicals, fuel products and polymer technologies. Its headquarters is at The Netherlands and it has presence in more than 100 countries.
· Manage price levels, payment terms and credit limits within the business guidelines and policies.
· Provide monthly rolling sales forecasts for the assigned region as input into the supply planning system of International planner &/or supply source.
· Manage and close claims with customer, ensuring its complaint procedure is applied and followed. Co-ordinate claim settlement with Customer Service Representative and Technical Service.
· Provide inputs and assistance to Marketing in the Strategic Marketing Initiatives as required from time to time
· Perform according to the Company’s business guidelines
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Qualification in polymer science or chemical engineering or similar. Added qualification in international trade and/or relevant demonstrated sales experience in GCC countries and/or Iran.
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a preferably international/global business environment, including commercial experience with direct customer interface.
• Knowledge of local and import/export documentation, international trade, and international banking is considered an added advantage.
• Language skills: Fluency in spoken and written Arabic/Persian & good understanding of English is essential
