A UK based company is looking for a candidate to work as a Vocational and Industrial Manager for their firm.

Experience:

The ideal candidate must have managerial experience in NQV, industries processes and custodial environment.

Responsibilities:

1. He is responsible of managing the prisoner discipline within the workshop area; monitor the safe/secure operation of all workshop activities.

2. Promote and adhere the HSE procedures.

3. Evaluate the activities of workshops to meet the required standard as per ISO.

4. Monitor the students progress so that the goal will be achieved.

5. Advise and assist the Director of learning/skills in curriculum, staffing and recourses in vocational/industrial areas to maximize its contribution to the workshop.

6. Good knowledge of company Marketing/Business processes, peoples management and in information technology.

7. Experience in NVQ and Industrial processes.
