Main Duties: Monitor aircraft and propulsion systems reliability in line with established aviation industry best practice and use this same data to optimize the companys Maintenance Programs Compile monthly Reliability and Performance reports showing achieved aircraft, system and power plant reliability figures including but not limited to technical dispatch reliability, unscheduled component removals and PIREPS. Analyze the reliability trends and in liaison with manufacturers/OEMs, provide recommendations to improve the reliability of the fleet Co-ordinate, organize and control the reliability meetings in accordance with approved regulatory requirements and company procedures. Develop and maintain a reliability program manual in line with regulatory requirements in order to supplement the Companys Maintenance Programs
