Job Details:
-Builds a trusted relationship with the management team and with the client's counterpart staffs.
-Set up the most proper working relationship with the contractors.
-Utilise most efficient project management and controls systems to regularly report on progress to the client.
-Monitors the development of construction against the programme and takes steps to ensure the programme is achieved.
-Manage and control a team of Resident Engineers for the supervising the construction of Expressways designs.
Requirements:
-BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent qualification
-At least 15 years of experience
-Experience with Major Consultants/Project Management Companies, Hotel Projects.
-Fluency in written & spoken English
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
