Job Requirements:
> Applicants should be a university degree or equivalent holder in relevant subject.
> Work experience of at least 5 to 8 years in a similer position is required.
> IT literacy is essential.
> Should have a positive and approachable attitude.
> Should possess a deep understanding of tenants coordination.
> Applicants should possess comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of shopping mall management
> Requires a leasing competency and good communication with retailers
> Should be a flexible and calm under pressure personality.
> Need strong communication skills
> Should be bilingual.
> Willing to work to deadlines
> Should possess excellent administrative and process skills
> Able to relate to all people.
Job Responsibilities:
> Overall shopping mall operation understanding
> Prioritize workloads, and to work both flexibly and to tight deadlines
> Prepare and deliver marketing strategy and PR to achieve an increased awareness of the shopping mall
> All kind oh related financial analysis, budgeting and reporting
