TECHNICAL MENTOR (RESERVOIR)

Role: Act as a professional discipline Mentor to all juniors in that discipline and their line manages with a focus on motivating, counseling and supporting them in their learning and development roles and responsibilities. Min Requirement: Degree in a relevant professional discipline, along with professional experience acquired through a successful career in the operational upstream oil industry. Proven skills and a motivation to train, mentor and develop others in professional discipline.
