Requirements:
1. A successful applicant will need to have at least 3 years experience in the recruitment industry and knowledge of the outsourcing market.
2. Previous management experience or is willing to take the next step up in their career.
3. Strong interpersonal along with strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
4. You will need to be a self starter who can form a clear vision of the future direction of a business.
We are looking for a manager who can make informed decisions, manage with empathy and motivate a team to meet set targets. You need to be computer literate and have an understanding of financials.
He must be over the age of 26. English is a must and Arabic would be a bonus.
