Position Roles & Responsibilities:

good design and drawing skills;
Working closely with all stakeholders to make sure that projected designs match the needs of these groups, both on and off-site within agreed timescale and meeting budget constraints.
using IT in design and project management, specifically software packages such as AutoCAD;
advising the client on the practicality of their project;
Reviewing detailed drawings from which costings are made;
Preparing tender applications, presentations, and preparing planning applications.
Solving problems that might occur during building;
Will be involved in design, plan, and supervise the construction of buildings.
Must understand building codes.
The principle activities of this role
Are reviewing design documents in all phases for design intent use of materials and master plan objectives.
Production of detailed Design Review Reports.
