Our client, a Middle East based sports medicine hospital is looking for a Quality and Utilization Management Manager to join its dynamic team in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate staff training on utilization management.
• Identify, evaluate and document quality concerns.
• Coordinate ongoing, organization-wide collection of information.
• Update and maintain performance improvement policies and procedures.
• Participate in the department’s yearly budget, capital expenditures and cost containment strategies.
Requirements:
• Degree in healthcare field or equivalent qualification by education and/or experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Management Specialist preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Familiar with MS Office Applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Access, knowledge and experience with JCIA preferred.
