Job Details:

* Manage the Customer Service work of the branch in an error free
   manner and without any customer complaints.

* Improve turnaround time for transactions.

* Encourage customers to increase their business with the bank
   through cross selling of products.

* Back up for other Customer Service Representatives.

Job Requirements:

* Computer literacy.

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Good time management and organisational skills.
