Job Details:
* Pro-actively manages project delivery risk (across a portfolio of
projects) to ensure MWH achieves all success criteria (identified by
PM at onset).
* Provide motivational, visible leadership to direct and support the
team during its formative stages.
* Provide effective team communication regarding performance KPIs
and achievement of its mission.
* Ensure team close-down is handled with due care and staff are
properly re-allocated.
Job Requirements:
* Diploma in Civil Engineering Degree.
* Minimum ten years experience in the same field.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Experience in managing projects involving service/water storage
reservoir design.
