Job Details:
*Establishing fresh relationship with prospects
*Chasing up various marketing initiatives and updating the CRM database
*Maintain files and database
*Work closely with other departments internally to ensure client expectations are met
*Keep up client records
*Provide data and reports to the sales team
*Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth daily office operation
Requirements:
-Previous experience of working in Dubai
-Background in office administration is a must.
-Experience in supporting a sales team or sales manager previously is preferred.
-Must be fluent in Arabic and English
-Be proficient in MS Office.
