A leading Investment Advisor boutique in gulf is seeking for suitable candidates for the post of Internal Control Manager to work in KSA. Applicants should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting / Finance or similar discipline. Candidates having MBA will get high preference. Work experience of 5 - 10 years in Investment banking in the GCC is required. Should be experienced in in a finance, accounting or auditing department. Key responsibilities to be performed by this position is to :
> Implement education and training programmes to ensure employees have adequate awareness and understanding of internal control standards.
> Evaluate the need for an Internal Audit function.
> Conduct inspection and perform audits to determine the gaps that exist in the internal control policies.
> Help in developing policies that make up the controls.
> Liaise with department heads in accounting and other areas to ensure enforcement of policies.
