Job Description:

Contracted Position Fertilizer Industry Abu Dhabi Minimum Requirement:

= B.Sc. or having a technical School.

= Ability to maintain a local network.

= Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

= Understand and apply knowledge from technical manuals.

= Age : 20-32 years

= Fluency in written and spoken English

Job Role:

= To provide helpdesk service to Plant users.

= Receiving and analyzing user support requests, discussing problems with

users and when possible working through the problem until solutions are found.

= Passes the more complex problems to other concerned IT staff in IT Dept. in HO for resolution.

= Received and logs user requests.
