Job Details:
•Review and analyse project costs, revenue and work in progress (WIP).
•Review expenses and prepare month end accrual journals with the supporting workings and documentation.
•Make sure that project financial data is reported in an accurate and timely manner for all weekly and monthly project reports.
•Facilitate the monthly project financial review to be conducted with operational Managers.
•Supply analysis and commentary around financial results and business drivers.
•Process and disseminate reports for project managers and other internal customers.
Requirements:
*Applicant must hold a Bachelors Degree
*Previous experience in Project accounting
*System knowledge of GBS (Oracle), Hyperion, detailed Excel and key functional impacts.
*Ability to interpret and apply relevant accounting standards, corporate directives and contractual commercial terms.
*Proficiency in common Microsoft applications
*Excellent problem solving skills
