| Job Description | • Organize assessments for the workforce through designated in-house testing centers to evaluate their current skills and abilities • Identify opportunities for training and development of the workforce through on job training • Plan, organize and direct a wide range of training activities for the workforce. • Design, produce and deliver practical and theoretical training material for the different trainings • Deliver theoretical and practical courses which emphasize the acquisition of practical skills relevant to the job. •Prepare and regularly update the progress report of the workforce being trained and tested employees •Help the workforce to maintain and improve their job skills and train them to be multi-skilled |
