Key Tasks:
• Define and follow up yearly targets and objectives
• Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
• Provide direction, guidance to the department to ensure alignment with the company’s strategies
• Account Management
• Increase the company’s involvement with existing clients
• Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects
• Develop and manage client communication
• Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with businesses that can benefit from our company’s services
• Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the client accounts
Qualifications and skills required:
• Bachelor degree/Master in business administration / marketing or equivalent
• Knowledge & experience in business development within the services industry
• Minimum of 6 years experience with Sound industry knowledge and proven track record
• Excellent negotiation skills
• A Pro-active self starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
• Superior pre5entation and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to travel due to it being essential port of role
Remuneration Details
Salary is negotiable depending upon experience, company vehicle, housing allowance, medical cover and family status is also available with this position
