Job Description:
The Hostess is responsible for table reservations and effective control of flow of guests. The Hostess leads and seats guests, and answers telephone inquiries. * The hostess is responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome to the guests, receives guests feedback and monitors satisfaction, maintains and updates the Restaurant's Guest History File. * Assists the management in maintaining standards * The hostess is responsible for Catering to the needs of our guests by suggestively selling our Food & Beverage items.
Profile:
* Good general education, Hotel & Catering qualifications desirable * Minimum of 1 year in hotel dining or casual dining concept * Knowledge of food handling skills and sanitation guidelines.
Education: Basic - Intermediate School , Secondary School
