Job description
Maintaining custodianship of the overall strategy of the Document Management and Control Systems, which have been developed to support the Programme’s business objectives.
Implementing the Document Management and Control Systems, and ensuring its successful and effective use, and its continued development.
Developing the Document Control Management Plan, the supporting Document Control Project Plan, and other associated documentation.
Providing day-to-day management of document control processes, in relation to incoming and outgoing correspondence, information requests, contractual deliverables, and day to day working processes within the systems for both PMO and supply chain to ensure contract compliance.
Qualifications
B.S., M.S.
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent oral communication skills
Demonstrated automation literacy
Document Management experience with Engineering & Construction firm a plus
Experience with Primavera Contract Manager is required
