Dar Al Riyadh Consultants was established in 1975 to meet the rising demand for architectural design, engineering and construction supervision in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our strength and capabilities developed further into the oil, gas and petrochemical market sector in 1990.
Expanding further, in 2004, we segregated our operations, such that primarily architectural and building related infrastructure, environmental and master planning projects were transferred to a new Project Design and Management Division (PDM) design office in Riyadh. Whereas primarily oil, gas, petrochemical, industrial, telecommunication projects continue to be executed from our expanded capacity (> 500,000 man-hours per year) Industrial Division (ID) design office in Al Khobar.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in the compilation of complete, persuasive and competitive technical prequalification documents, lump sum & reimbursable unit rate cost estimates and technical & commercial bid packages for the various phases of multi disciplined design and construction management projects along with their associated sub-contracts.
- Must be contractually and commercially astute.
- Previous experience employed with a design consultancy and a technical background is preferred.
Creative and able to plan and work independently
Excellent English Language skills.
Supervise workplace activities.
