Qualifications

• Secondary school along with 2-3 years of undergraduate study in the fields of business administration or retail sales is required. 

* Minimum of 2 years experience In the field of retail sales, business administration or management is required 

* Ability to lead and manage a team in a high stress environment 

* Must possess strong interpersonal. managerial and organizational skills 

* Experience working with MS Office, Excel, Publisher and Word programs 

* Candidate must have an excellent knowledge of English language and be able to read and understand regulations, instructions and related material concerning the field of work. Candidate must also be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 

• Excellent communication and public relation skills
