Job Description
Responsible & in-charge for the Oracle Financials e-business suite, 11i, over Functional and Technical issues.
• Responsible for
o Applications Setup and Maintenance
o Customizations of Forms and Reports and Custom.pll
o Implement New Interfaces
o Post Implementation Support
o Documentation
Modules Covered
• Oracle Inventory
• Oracle Purchasing
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Oracle General Ledger
• Oracle Cash Management
• Fixed Assets
• Oracle HRMS and Payroll
• Oracle System Administrator
• Oracle Alert
• Interacting with Other Developers, by giving specifications and assisting on Functional and Technical issues
• Develop new Forms / Reports or Modify existing reports
• Open Interfaces into Oracle GL, AR Invoices, AR Receipts, AP Invoices, AP Payments and Inventory. Modifications over the findings on the Interface programs for enhanced functionality & better reporting purposes. Development of Reports for comparisons between Legacy and Oracle Financials for the Interfaced data
• Implement new Employee Allowances or Deductions by implementing Elements, Fast Formulas, Functions and Reporting on Oracle HRMS and Payroll
• Identify APIs for Loading External Data into Oracle HRMS and Payroll for New Employees, Modification of Employee Assignments, Salary and Other information, Batch Element Entries, thereby avoided mass Data Entry activities.
• Identifying the reporting requirements from User. Analysis & Development of Customized Reports based upon the User Requirements and Bug fixing
• Problem identification and Logging with Oracle METLINK and Testing of the Patches applied
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
