Requirements: BSc in petroleum or Chemical Engineering in addition to 10 years of production experience in a petroleum field and / or a petrochemical plant including 2 years of supervisory experience.

Candidate should have experience in Oil processing desalting and gas separation, hot oil systems, gas compressor and stabilization, condensation handling, glycol injection and regeneration, propane refrigeration system, handling and treatment of sour crude, operation of high pressure gas system with centrifugal compressors, cooling water systems, fire water system, compressed air system, inert gas units using absorption method, oily water treatment and disposal system, crude oil storage and loading.

Role:

To control and supervise the assigned shift teams of operators, senior operators covering oil & gas treatment, Satah plant and Gas Export. Ensure production targets are met and that the plant runs smoothly, efficiently, economically and safely.
