Job Description:
The purpose of this job is to lead a team of specialists to develop and implement an assurance framework and ensure compliance in the areas of: � Quality: i. Procurement process of material and equipment including laboratory testing (within and outside ADCO) and independent inspection ii. Major projects iii. Field development (drilling, reservoir monitoring and well testing) iv. Support disciplines � Integrity: i. Surface facilities ii. Sub-surface � Develops and directs an assurance program for compliance with the corporate asset integrity program and processes as set by the Integrity Management group. This involves assuring that surface and subsurface assets are designed, constructed, operated, and maintained as per their intended purpose. � Develops and directs an assurance program for compliance with the corporate quality of standards, specifications, manuals, processes, procedures, and systems being used by the relevant functions, and recommend improvements. This involves assuring that the design, fabrication, and procurement of materials, construction, operation, and maintenance of assets are performed in accordance with the desired levels of quality standards. � Ensures that Quality standards, specifications, manuals, and systems for materials, chemicals, third party inspection and equipment calibration are developed and maintained up to date. � Lead team�s effort to establish a mechanism of assurance and verification in the areas of procurement namely: i. Chemical laboratory testing (ADCO & 3rd party) without compromise ii. Third party inspection conducted appropriately as assigned This will provide ADCO with the assurance that chemicals and other material are procured and used as specified and paid for. � Communicates the compliance program to all partners in areas of responsibility. Prepares and delivers presentations/training to executives, managers and other partners about the compliance program. � Reviews, verifies, and validates the annual integrity & quality management programs and periodic integrity management reports. � Develops the self-audit programs and reviews including objectives, scope, approach and recommendations.
Profile:
� B. Sc. in an Engineering discipline with 12 years experience in the oil & gas sector with strong emphasis on quality management, risk management, audit, integrity assurance, and processes � 5-7 years experience in supervisory roles � Strong managerial, coordination and facilitation work. � Solid interpersonal and communication skills. � Valid UAE driving license. � Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14000 (preferred) � Experience with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks such as COSO or RIMS (preferred) � Experience with Total Quality Management (TQM) (preferred)
