Requirements:
•Applicant should have minimum 5 years experience.
Job duties:
Provide administrative support within the human resources function such as the administration of benefits, the maintenance of the personnel database etc.
Calculate earnings from timesheets, production records or individuals time records, including overtime or shift payments.
Deal with routine queries from employees in the first instance.
Handle all legal matters and be the contact person with local authorities.
Coordinate with Regional Human Resources function all HR matters related to recruitment, people development and ongoing HR projects.
