Our client, a global management consultancy is looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to join its dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate has to identify issues, systems, processes and opportunities to maintain and uphold company as well as client image as a leading, high quality development organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare high quality communication materials.
• End-to-end project ownership, project management and stakeholder engagement responsibility.
• Lead or participate in the formulation and implementation of strategic business initiatives across both the company and client businesses.
• Formulate data-driven recommendations and solutions to business issues.
• Develop detailed understanding of business issues and opportunities through in-depth data gathering and analysis.
• Day-to-day responsibility for development and delivery of all designated strategic project initiatives.
• Design strategy process, develop strategy plan for the development, and support company subsidiaries in design and implementation of their strategies.
• Manage and monitor activities and make analytical decisions to ensure the organization is focused on the right part/areas in order to achieve alignment with organizational mandate.
• Collect data, conduct research, analyze trends, increase market intelligence and knowledge, develop relationship and drive strategic initiatives at local, regional and international levels in order to identify, improve the type and opportunity development and establish efficient project systems for strategic development.
Qualification Requirements:
• Must have a business degree, MBA or similar.
• Two to five year’s external business consulting experience, ideally in the GCC.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications – particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must possess: financial acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a consummate professional.
