* Installation and configuration of Operating Systems, office application software, system�application software, software as per standards.

* Documentation skills

* Perform advance trouble shooting.

* Manage messaging clients, file and print systems.

Qualification Requirements:

* MCSE (Microsoft Certification)

* Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering

* Good knowledgeable LAN and WAN.

* At least four to five years of working and hands-on experience in Technical Support (end-user).

* Good communication skills with good personality.

* Professional, thorough attitude.

* Driving license
