Description:
To create and develop response driven marketing communications across all direct to customer channels such as direct mail, email, mobile marketing, etc. for Etihad and specifically for the Guest Recognition Programme.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Marketing.
Experience:
A total of 5 -7 years of work experience with at least 3 – 4 years of direct marketing experience with either an international direct marketing agency or on the client’s side. Experience in tool based campaign management is an advantage.
Knowledge:
Good understanding of the principles and techniques of all aspects of marketing. This role requires an understanding of how to interpret customer needs into DM solutions, and experience or understanding of segmentation would definitely be an advantage. The individual needs to know how to take the strategy of the organization, combine this with the needs of the customer, and concisely brief an agency on requirements and manage this through to completion. Need to be experienced in briefing agencies and the mail/ fulfillment house and always ensure that campaigns are delivered on time. The job holder needs to have excellent written and oral communication skills including specialized copywriting experience.
