A multinational company in the UAE urgently requires an Office Receptionist / Administrator to join in Dubai.
Requirements:
> Work experience of minimum 1 year's in reception / administration is required.
> Applicants should be western educated.
> Fluent communication skills in English is essential.
> Applicants should be presentable as this is at the main entrance of the company.�
> Should be a proactive and forward thinking personality.
> Able to work in a fast-paced busy reception desk, meeting and greeting visitors.
Responsibilities:
> Answering incoming telephone calls.
> Transferring and taking messages and other administrative duties.
> Ordering of stationery, diary and travel management.
> Booking of meeting rooms.
> Deal with visa requirements for staff members, scanning, filing and matching invoices.�
