OIL AND GAS: Location: Ruwais / Abu Dhabi Refi nery division. Minimum Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in plant engineering, design and project management, preferably in an Oil/ Gas or Petrochemical Industry including working with computer based engineering development systems. Role: Prepares or reviews design work for small to medium capital investments, makes cost estimates, develops work specifi cations and tender documents and evaluates bids for award. Carries out fi eld Supervision and coordinates the execution of project work carried out by Contractors. Ensures compliance with engineering standards in accordance with specifi ed drawings and plans and resolves discrepancies. Assists in the preparation of Divisions Capital Budget, development of fi ve year plan, cost estimates, justifi cation, and execution schedule.
