Reporting to: Board of directors 

Qualification:

Graduate with an Engineering Degree and 
Post Graduate qualification in Business 
Management. 
 

Profile: 

- Responsible for overall management of the company viz. Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance and HR functions. 
- Should be able to motivate and lead a team of professionals. 
- The candidate will be strong in processes and systems in charting out the future strategic direction of the company, including imbibing new technologies/products and services to run the company profitably 
- Should have thorough understanding of business development both in domestic and international markets especially the contracting industry should have a strong ability to identify business opportunities for the company’s product lines and monitor new product development 


The candidate should be an energetic, self-motivated and result oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to deftly interact with various stakeholders, customers and government agencies. He should be a person of high integrity 


Experience: 

20-25 years post qualification experience in the manufacturing/ contracting industry with proven ability of having successfully run a profit Centre / SBU / Company. 

This is a leadership position of a large company of around 1000 employees with multi-divisions and products. 

Candidates with proven track record in managing complex operations/projects and ability to lead large teams and having imbibed latest process and technologies will be preferred. 

Preferred age group: 45-50 years.
