Job description
Ensure compliance to company objectives of customer satisfaction.
Provide input in retail banking strategy to maximize profits by both inbound and outbound customer service and sales efforts.
To support alternative channel operation with he delivery of SLAs.
Design and implement tactics for contact centre outbound teams to carry out maximum sales for all products and services.
Monitor daily and weekly sales patterns and ascertain weak links.
Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met and requisite revenue is generated.
Track all sales initiatives closely like cross-selling, referrals to close all gaps.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level in Business Management (CRM / Operations / Sales and Marketing) or related field.
Experience in banking with preferably 3-4 years in a (banking) call center in a supervisory role.
MS Office proficient
Preferably bilingual in spoken Arabic and English.
Ability to multitask and should be multifaceted
Strong motivating and leadership quality skills
