Only candidates who are diploma holders in Computer Science / equivalent qualified may apply. Minimum 2 years of experience in Apple products support and iOS , 2 years in Microsoft products or Applications and 2 years in IT help desk or support is required.
Job Description:
> Design, plan, install and maintain the IT systems ans hardware infrastructure as required.
> Make sure that a healthy IT network is maintained.
> Install and configure IT network elements and user PCs.
> Support all staff as well as customers with their mobile devices.
> Maintain back-ups of all company data at regular intervals.
> Administer a Business Continuity Plan for the IT network.
