Our client is an Al Ain government organization that is undergoing restructuring which will make it a market leader in the
UAE and the Middle East.
They are seeking a UAE National to become their Learning and Development Section Head.
As the Learning and Development Section Head, you will be responsible for all aspects of the training strategy within the company.
Some of these responsibilities will include delivering the annual training calendar, plan and organise in-house and external
training seminars, prepare succession plans, conduct training needs analysis and much more.
To be considered for this position, you must be a UAE National and have a minimum five years HR experience, two years of which is at managerial level.
You must have a Degree or relevant HR qualifications. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are vital for
