Description: The Office Manager works directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), President and Senior Management to maintain business operations. The Office Manager exercises discretion and judgment on significant and confidential matters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Exercises discretion and judgment by filtering data and disseminating information to proper
individuals on a daily basis.
• Handles all duties and responsibilities in a confidential manner.
• Composes and prepares letters, reports and emails for Management review and dissemination.
• Screens incoming calls and correspondence for office, responding independently as necessary.
• Arranges conference calls, travel plans, and itineraries.
• Prepares records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings.
• Maintains and administers corporate documents, seals and records.
• Directs preparation and filing of corporate legal documents with UAE agencies to conform to
statutes.
• Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
• Conducts research and assists with proposals.
• Maintains files, contacts, publications, and manuals.
• Organize operations and procedures.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Ensure filing systems are maintained and up-to-date.
• Arranges shipments for different subsidiaries.
• Assists with logistical matters.
• Works with Human Resources to fill vacant job opportunities
