Job Details:
-Compile all tender bids, ensure it is complete in all aspects of pricing, submission and check all estimating and tendering aspects relevant to the project implementation in the region

Requirements:
-BSc Degree in QS / HD
-Minimum 7 years of experiences (Middle East preferably) with hands-on involvement in commercial & quantity surveying practices on large construction / interior fit out projects
-Experience in estimating and tendering process, site measurement, costing, budgeting and general contract administration
-Knowledge and experience in, the use of different forms of Contract, particularly FIDIC, and exposure to constructions Contract Law claims procedures
