Right now, JESCO is in the formation stage and expected to be operational by 2009. Located in Jubail Industrial City – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will produce 400, 000 of Seamless Pipes per annum.
Job description
Supervises and coordinates activities of Tool repair Workshop, CNC, saw blade repair, mandrel repair, saw blade sharpening, tooling FQM, PM, EM, SM operators in Hot rolling mill. Responsible to ensure conditions for preparing in proper way and safe condition all the tools for HRM. Managing the consumption and necessary for tools connected with production schedules. Responsible with QA for tooling.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Engineering, with 7 years of experience in tooling, Metallurgical Plant, saw blade, tool repair, CNC and FQM. Al least 2 to 3 years of experience as Supervisor / Foremen in seamless pipe mill
