Riyadh International Exhibition Center (RIEC) is a national and international tradeshow, convention and multi-purpose facility owned by Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry.


Job description

 Making available the technology for all events 
 Independent team planning and efficient use of the RIEC personnel capacities 
 Advising customers and potential guest organisers in technical issues with the aim of winning the contract and establishing networks to RIEC related service companies/institutions 
 Build up a service partner system and security system including quality standards and SOP [Standard operation procedures] for the services provided by external partners 
 Deciding on choice of service partners in conjunction with Central Purchasing through expert assessment and identification of the services profile and the quality of the services 
 Ensuring that technical systems are available through proper planning, assembly and maintenance and providing technical support for day-to-day operations and at events of all kinds 
 Support for customers from the technical concept for the event through to implementation and follow-up


Qualifications

 Master degree/Engineer/certified qualification 
 5 years experience 
 Basic management knowledge 
 Experienced organizational qualification 
 Basic economic know-how 
 Intercultural background/knowledge 
 Facility management know-how 
 Realization and knowledge of the legal framework 
 Quality management skills to ensure the high standard of RIEC 
 Team leading experience 
 Background in the trade show / event management
