Job Description
Reporting to Head of Retail. The profile requires you to take accountability for driving sales and profitability of a specific group of brands through an existing (and expanding) store portfolio. You will be accountable for ensuring all brands deliver a consistent approach towards the Customer Service Proposition, specified visual excellence and high retail standards. Sphere of responsibility requires commercial decision making, development of a strong and effective team and regional knowledge spanning 6 territories. Responsibilities • Ensuring your division is focused upon delivering sales and profit • Ensure your division delivers outstanding customer service • Ensuring the product is available at all times for the customer • Making sure all stores across the division provide a great place for customers to shop • Managing and developing Brand Managers
