Job Description Director of Sales, UAE
Our client is a major Middle East based investment company with a strong focus in the Real Estate market. As a result of growth in this sector, they require a Director of Sales to join their dynamic team in the UAE and capitalize on regional opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the sales and marketing efforts of the business.
• Represent the company at public events such as “Cityscape”.
• Build and manage a team of sales professionals including target setting, training and motivation.
• Work with wholesale and institutional clients across the GCC and internationally at senior levels.
Requirements:
• Western national with English as a first language.
• Having managed a team before and ideally one that was created from scratch.
• Senior Sales professional with experience in wholesale real estate transactions.
• Regional experience is a benefit but exceptional candidates from elsewhere in the world with a desire to work in the Middle East will also be considered.
