Job Description:

Arab / Large Local Company / Abu Dhabi MBA, 28-35 years with five to seven years quality experience in a Generalist Human Resources role. Design & administer HR policies & procedures, performance appraisals, salary awards, recruitment, training need analysis etc. Exposure to PR related issues like visas & UAE labor laws etc. is crucial. Prior experience in a large Group of companies is a distinct advantage as is good exposure to working with a diverse range of nationalities. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication & IT skills. Mature, flexible, hard working with a positive attitude is part of the criteria. Position based in Abu Dhabi. Salary: As per company's standards.
