A well established training consultancy in Bahrain is seeking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager. Applicants should be a university degree holder in a related subject. Applicants with master degree are highly preferred. Having a professional Project Management certification will be beneficial. Should possess strong knowledge about vocational training programs. Work experience of minimum 3 years in Project Management position is required. Preference will be given to candidates those who are experienced in learning and development industry in the GCC. Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory. Key duties to be performed by this post are :
> Act as the registrar for the Tamkeen Apprenticeship Scheme in Retail Project Management.
> Match candidates to employer requirements in order to secure employment for candidates.
> Attract potential candidates to the Tamkeen Apprenticeship Scheme.
> Organize and carry out placement tests and internal interviews.
> Maintain key relations with public sector organizations especially Tamkeen.
