Maktoob was launched in the year 2000 as the first Arabic web-based email solution on the Internet. With the Internet in its infancy in the region, most of the very first users in the Arab world tended to have a good command of the English language and initially there appeared to be little demand for Arabic language services. As the Internet began to take hold in the region, the Founders foresaw the need in the market for Arabic email services.
Job description
- Design and manage an operation that fits our business model, This involve both fulfillment logistics and payment services
- Develop processes and KPIs to deliver high standards fulfillment services
- Develop OPS teams that are needed to meet company objective.
- Design, develop and manage proper Customer service Department that operates with the highest quality and KPIs
Qualifications
- Should have excellent Arabic communication skills including: Phone, email and writing.
- Motivated individual and a team player with ability to participate in collaborative style
- Good analytical skills with ability to think fast and solve issues as they come up
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email and Internet skills
