*Design and implement new sales systems and processes such as pre-sell, link the same to an efficient CRM tool and ensure that related functions such as supply and delivery are linked and trained to achieve high-speed delivery goals. * Introduce a new IT system as well as a CRM tool and regularly utilize sales data thus generated to enhance sales, find gaps in the distribution cycle and in the supply chain, thereby developing a continuous flow of information on execution effectiveness and excellence *Introduce ‘best practice’ through the introduction of world-class sales training, competency training and in-market efficiency training tools, 15 to 18 years sales experience, most of which should have been in the management of both traditional and modern trade, with exceptional training from a multinational FMCG company, proven skills in driving sales through team management and the execution of international trade marketing strategies as well as typical go-to-market strategies, and demonstrable abilities in developing and executing business and commercially sound sales strategies are some of the requisites that we seek.
