Job Description:
Management of all contractual matters relating to the project across all involved parties Approve all project requirements in terms of human resources, materials, machines and equipment Control project execution and monitor the actual expenses in coordination with the financial department, and manage any deviations Review, approve and present all plans, schedules and reports related to the project Approve project execution plans in line with client requirements and action any deviations.
Prepare final project budget and obtain Projects Director approval Review, approve and control master schedule and associated detailed schedules Review and approve the updated project schedules based on real time status of materials delivery, equipment availability and site requirements.
Review the work procedures relating to licenses and any required government approval Review and approve subcontractors and supplier invoices and purchase orders.
Profile:
Relevant degree qualification within Construction.
Engineering 10 - 15 years experience Experience of managing diverse teams in line with complex strategic and financial targets Advanced proficiency in current technology across project management, design and reporting Fluency in English is essential.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Architecture ( Architecture )
